‍The Company

We are Left Productions, a production company based in Los Angeles, Paris and with teams in London. We started 10 years ago with a YouTube channel dedicated to music, 3èmeGauche, with featured artists such as Bastille, Ben Howard, Kodaline, etc with 150,000 subscribers. We then grew into a full-service creative production company 7 years ago. We work with big brands (Adidas, Tag Heuer, LVMH, Universal, etc), scale-ups (Zebra, Revolut, Deezer) and many artists (T-Pain, Ofenbach, Diplo, Aluna, Trip Carter, etc).

We are looking to build an innovative model: we manage everything from creation to post-production, we leverage tech to optimize and process everything we can to spend less time on time-consuming tasks and focus on creativity, strategy and building meaningful relationships. We are also developing a "Pinterest of video" designed for brands, agencies and creators to help them find the right video references and creators faster: right video, Our ultimate goal with this tool is to better organise data in the video industry to help more people express their creativity.

We are a team of about fifteen full-time people in France + many freelancers and 3 full-time in Los Angeles and our goal is to expand fast in the US. Our Los Angeles office is in SilverLake.

The Mission:  Creative Producer

The team in the US is small for now, but our turnover is growing fast and we are expanding. As the company grows, you will be able to take on more responsibilities.

You will be involved in creating opportunities, grow the business for Left Productions in the US, produce and manage day-to-day operations. In detail:

• Develop relationships with brands and agencies: you will use our different tools to create emailing campaigns, supervise our communication, and manage incoming leads.
• Creative proposals: you will develop and sell ideas with our directors and teams.
• Produce: you will be producing and supervising projects. You will be in direct contact with line producers and clients.
• Strategic vision: we are always trying to improve our model and we will ask you to help us in building our strategy.

You are:

• You are passionate, this is our main criteria.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the industry as a producer.
• You already have a network in the advertising industry (agencies, talents, sales rep).
• You have excellent interpersonal skills. You love to talk to people, understand their needs and provide them with a great solution.
• You are a team player and you want to grow with your colleagues.
• You are open-minded and interested in working in an international environment.
