Peur Des Filles

Aube Perrie

Note: produced by another production company

[English version]

A camera dives from space alongside a flying saucer into an American house from the 60's where a bloody alien woman who looks like she came out of Mars Attack turns the men of the earth into a buffet!

The latest clip of the Empress directed by Aube Perrie and produced by Left productions on the track "Fear of the girls" accompanies the release of "Tako Tsubo", their new album. If you're looking for a little appetizing murder, dive into a 300m2 Palm Spring villa set built in Bry-Sur-Marne and designed by Louise Mekylla Bachir, co-artistic director and chief decorator." Afraid of girls" is a kind of mini Plan 9 that, as its name suggests, pokes fun at the fear of girls. Here, the aliens are them. By pure misandry, they land on a fabulous planet where their species does not exist. In fact, the male earthlings are terrified. And rightly so, because as soon as they arrive, the girls slaughter them to the last man. Cannibals, they eat them but not only: they reanimate them in a much more servile zombie form", says Aube Perrie.

Shot in 16mm film, under the eye of cinematographer César Decharme, the clip invites us into an Ed Wood-like universe. On the menu of the clip, the team of fitters and make-up artists led by Mickael Arasco offers us liters of fake blood, fake stumps, a salad of cut fingers and headless men... The remote-controlled zombified bodies dance on the steps imagined by Carine Charaire, choreographer of I could Never Be a Dancer.
