He's been creating moving images for about 15 years. After picking up a couple of awards for his first short films, He combined filmmaking with his love of music and started making videos for bands including Frightened Rabbit, Animal Collective, Gomez and Brakes. He then shifted into high-end corporate videos, which gave him the opportunity to film around the world, in 3D, 360°, AR, VR, creating dramas, brand films, animations and a bunch of effects-laden greenscreen pieces. More recently he's expanded into TV and cinema commercials, writing and directing Primark’s first TV ad, as well as spots for Disney, Fiat, Marvel, Cheestrings, Danone, The FA, Tesco and Toys R Us. He's worked with actors like Olivia Williams and Celia Imrie, with his short films playing at international festivals and garnering awards. His last short, Conversation Piece, an innovative musical commissioned by the BBC, was BAFTA-shortlisted. He's also lucky enough to have Stephen Frears as his personal directing mentor.
